Clean Cooking ActivitiesWe are involved in the production of fuel (honey comb briquettes) from biomass and charcoal dust. We currently engage in cost stove manufacturing and integrate cookstoves and solar to enable communities get access to first time electricity and stay connected on mobile by being able to charge a phone and access radio. We expect this to increase efficiency (lighting) which has been a challenge for us for the honey comb briquette. The final product will be called Gabdho multipurpose stove.
PartnershipWe are interested in partnering with the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves through a partnership that will enable Raising Gabdho and the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves to support vulnerable communities such as refugee settlements and semi urban areas to gain access to clean energy. This can be through attending trainings by the Alliance and its partners, mentorship, and even grants to implement projects together.
