| Mission | Partners for Innovation (based in the Netherlands and in Niger) is a consultancy founded in 2004. We are specialized in initiating, preparing, supporting, and implementing projects and policies in the field of sustainable bioenergy and agroforestry in Sub-Sahara Africa. We have successfully carried out assignments for the European Commission, national governments (e.g. The Netherlands, Ghana, and Mozambique), development organisations (e.g. SNV, Oxfam Novib, and WWF), and private sector. |

| Clean Cooking Activities | Partners for Innovation employs eleven experts and works with several associated experts throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. Our experts and associated experts have 5-25 years’ experience and have undertaken studies and missions in Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, Senegal, South-Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Our associated experts have worked in a great number of other countries as well, e.g. Burkina-Faso, Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania. The focus of our projects is on developing policies and building capacities in the field of sustainable production of biomass and bio-energy in combination with a business approach. Our services can be summarised as follows: In addition to the above mentioned expertise and experience we have worked on renewable energy and agroforestry projects in several countries in Africa and South-East Asia. |
