Consultant to Support Baseline SAFE Assessments in Rwanda

As part of the roll-out of the Rwanda national SAFE strategy in 2015, UNHCR is partnering with the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves to conduct an M&E training for UNHCR staff and a baseline energy assessment in all five camps. The Alliance is seeking a part-time consultant to help facilitate these activities and conduct follow-up research and data analysis.
The consultant will work in close coordination with the Alliance’s Senior Program Associate, Humanitarian and the Director of Gender & Humanitarian Programs. The consultant will also work closely with UNHCR national and HQ staff.
