Consumer knowledge, attitudes and behavior are major barriers to uptake of improved cooking solutions. A range of mechanisms can help address these barriers, from consumer financing to sales agent capacity building to regulation. Practical Action and partners will focus specifically on marketing and consumer education campaigns. Practical Action and a number of last mile distribution companies will share insights and lessons learned for designing and implementing campaigns that aim to shift consumer behavior.
